Bhupal Singh appointed Barkatullah University V-C

Bhopal, Nov 9 (UNI) Madhya Pradesh Governor and Chancellor Balram Jakhar has appointed retired Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer Bhupal Singh as Barkatullah University vice-chancellor, official sources said today.

Mr Singh has been appointed as the vice-chancellor under section 13 (1) of the Madhya Pradesh University Act, 1973. His appointment would relive Professor P K Mishra. Mr Singh's tenure is for four years.
