A Bihari killed and another injured in Kashmir accident

Srinagar, Nov 9 (UNI) A Bihari resident was killed and a local injured in two accidents in the Kashmir valley today, official sources said.

They said a truck hit and critically wounded one Zia-ul-Haq, a resident of Bihar, at Nowgam on Srinagar-Baramulla highway today, they said.

He was immediately rushed to a hospital where he was declared brought dead.

In another accident a CRPF vehicle hit and injured one Noor-ul-Amin at Boulevard on bank of the Dal Lake. He has been hospitalised.

About half a dozen wooden sheds were gutted in a devastating fire at Khumriyal in the frontier district of Kupwara.
