Winter draws near in the state capital of Bihar
Patna, Nov 8 (UNI) City dwellers here woke up today to yet another chilly morning, with mist forming patches in the sky, signalling the onset of winter.
The local Met office recorded the maximum temperature at 29 degrees Celsius, while the minimum was pegged at 20 degrees Celsius, with the maximum relative humidity being recorded at 86 per cent.
The Met sources predicted a generally clear sky with slight mist in the mornings, with no significant changes in the maximum and minimum temperatures during the next 24 hours.
