Shetron board may acquire European company

New Delhi, Nov 8: Electronic components maker Shetron Ltd today said its board, to meet next week, will consider the feasibility and proposal of acquiring Europe-based unlisted company.

The company will also consider merging with Fibre Foils Ltd, a company promoted by the same promoters, a statement said.
