Goldsmith's employees make away with Rs 2.75 lakh worth gold

Mumbai, Nov 8 (UNI) Two employees of a goldsmith made away with 421 gms of gold, worth Rs 2.75 lakh, at Malad here yesterday.

The goldsmith, Akram Sukul Sheikh (38), had given the gold to Tarun Gopal Mohite (22) and Ranju Samparsh (22) for making ornaments and had left the shop on some other business.

Upon his return, the goldsmith discovered that the two employees had fled with the gold.
