Centre's decision to revoke Prez rule 'unfortunate': Bayyapur

Bhagalkot, Nov 8 (UNI) Senior Janata Dal(S) legislator Amare Gouda Bayyapur today termed the Union Cabinet's decision to revoke President's rule in Karnataka as 'unfortunate.' Allaying apprehension over the stability of the new coalition government, Mr Bayyapur, considered to be close to former minister M P Prakash told UNI here that the ''new government may not last full term and early elections to the state assembly was inevitable.'' Mr Bayyapur, who is opposed to party extending support to instal a BJP government in the state asserted that he was sticking to his stand.

The Union Cabinet had ignored the 'stability factor' while favouring to revoke the President's rule in the state, he opined.
