Man kills son for opposing advances towards daughter-in-law

Hardwar, Nov 6 (UNI) A man, who was making amorous advances towards his daughter-in-law, killed his son for opposing him last evening, police said.

One Babu alias Topu, a resident of Raisi Bahadragaon under the Laksar police station of this district, reportedly killed his 20-year-old son Pritam, who opposed the amorous advances towards his wife, Superintendent of Police (rural), Vimala Gunjyal said.

Babu tried to flee away from the his house after the incident but the villagers caught him and handed him over to the police.

The police had registered an FIR against the accused.

Investigations were on, police said.
