Air India to provide standby aircraft for Kerala operation
New Delhi, Nov 6 (UNI) Air India will soon provide stand by aircraft for its Kerala operation in the interest of more reliable connectivity to the state, it is officially announced today.
There has been a cent per cent increase in international flights to and from Kerala, including Calicut, in the last years.
During the recent visit of Civil Aviation Minister Praful Patel to Calicut, he had announced that opeation of foreign airliens to and from Calicut would be started from the first quarter of 2008.
