Nitish advocates for revival of democracy in Pakistan

Patna, Nov 5: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today advocated for revival of democracy in Pakistan. Mr Kumar told newspersons here that the prevailing situation in Pakistan was a "matter of concern".

He said serious efforts should be made at international level to revive democracy both in Pakistan and Bangladesh. " The anti-democratic role of the Pakistan Army is known to everyone and it is also the cause for worry in the neighbouring countries, " he added.

To a query, Mr Kumar said the Bihar government was executing the directive, issued by the Centre to tackle the situation on Indo-Nepal international border along Bihar.
