Apar Ind Ltd. bags Rs 1225 mn order from Ethiopian company

Mumbai, Nov 5 (UNI) Apar Industries Ltd., one of India's leading electrical and metallurgical engineering companies, today announced that the company's Conductor Division had bagged an export order of Rs 1225 million from Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation (EEPC).

Apar will supply Aluminium Alloy Conductors, Galvanized Steel Wires&Aluminium Round tie Wire for power transmission and distribution lines of EEPC, which is a sole Power Utility of Ethiopia, the company said in a statement.

This order has further strengthened the order book position of Company's Conductor division. The order book for the company's conductor division now stands at Rs 750 crore, it added.
