60 injured as private bus fell into water

Kochi, Nov 5: Nearly 60 people were reported injured when a private bus fell into the backwater from the Goshree bridge here this morning.

City traffic police officials said, the private bus 'Gurupriya', plying on the Munambam-Ernakulam route, while trying to overtake another vehicle fell overboard.

The injured were admitted in the Ernakulam General Hospital.
