Dubai-based TQM to set up KPO Centre in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, Nov 2: TQM College, a Dubai-based e-learning institution specialising in offering Total Quality Management education, is setting up a Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) Centre, the first of its kind, in the city on December one.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in this regard was signed by College Vice-President Dr Mansour Al Awar and C&K Management Managing Director Muralidharan here today.

According to the MoU, the 'captive' KPO Centre will deliver structured e-learning courseware for Bachelors Programme in Business and Quality Management and Masters Programme in Organisational Excellence, both accredited by the UAE Higher Education Ministry.

Additionally, the Centre's staff would assist the college in publishing international journals, e-magazines and maintain a number of portals.
