'Bangalore Nano-2007' to help emerging nano research companies

Bangalore, Nov 3 (UNI) The expo 'Bangalore Nano-2007' would offer a platform to emerging companies, doing nano research, seek investment and partnerships in nanotechnology, Karnataka IT and BT Secretary M N Vidyashakar said today.

Briefing newspersons on the event, he said the exposition, scheduled on December 6 here, would offer a Research-Industry Collaboration Hub (RICH), a platform for presenting research and technologies to industry and investors.

He said the event, organised by the state government, would see coming together of top scientists, leading investors and researchers.

Union Secretary for Science and Technology T Ramasamy, who was present on the occasion, said the exposition would help the organisations working on nano research to attract investment.
