7 children among ten killed in road accident in Punjab

Amritsar, Nov 3 (UNI) Ten people, including seven children, were killed when a Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) in which they were travelling fell into a defence drain near Bhuchhar village in Tarn Taran district last night, police said today.

According to reports the victims were retruning from Cheena Bidhi Chand village after attending a family function.

Four of the dead have been identified as Dilbag Singh and his wife Paramjeet Kaur and their two children.
