A hospital for donkeys by UK NGO

Dundlod, Nov. 1, 2007 : The UK based voluntary organization, The Donkey Sanctuary, has set up a hospital for the animals in Dundlod areas of Rajasthan. The organization had earlier opened up similar hospitals in Sholapur, Gwalior, Delhi and Ahmedabad also.

The hospital also has the facility of an ambulance and provides free medical treatment to donkeys. The owners of the donkeys are more than happy with the hospital, as they cannot afford the treatment available in other hospitals.
