Telecom officers launch lunch-hour demonstration in Goa

Panaji, Nov 2 (UNI) Officers of the BSNL in Goa today staged lunch- hour demonstration at Sanchar Bhavan in the city as part of their national agitation demanding redressal of service related grievances forthwith.

Withdrawal of management trainee recruitment rules at senior time scale(STS), immediate absorption of Indian Telecom Services group A level officers, filling up of all STS posts and regularisation of the existing officers and resolution of issues related to promotional policy were among the demands.
