Sir Chhotu Ram's B'day to be celebrated in Sonepat

Chandigarh, Nov 2 (UNI) Haryana Finance Minister Birender Singh today said the 127th birth anniversary of Deen Bandhu Sir Chhotu Ram would be celebrated in a befitting manner on November 24 in Sonepat.

The Minister, who was speaking at a function organised by the Chhotu Ram Vikas Manch in Jhajjar, decribed the late leader as 'Messiah of farmers'.

He said the Chhotu Ram Vikas Manch, formed four years ago, had been functioning for the welfare of the poor labourers and farmers.

Mr Birender Singh said the strength of the people was the strength of a leader and added that only those leaders who had mass following were the real leaders.
