The atmosphere became highly charged soon after Rabri Devi's arrival at the Dakbunglow Chowraha.

Flanked by women brigade of her party she shouted slogans against Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. She demanded his immediate resignation in view of the prevailing situation where even representatives of the fourth estate were being targetted.

She said the nation witnessed the act of Anant Singh which was highly condemnable.

''In such a situation Mr Kumar has no moral right to continue in office,'' she maintained.
