Pvt medical colleges' fees to be reduced from next year: Badal

Patiala, Nov 2 (UNI) Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal today announced that the fee structure in private medical and dental colleges would be reduced to enable poor and eligible students to take admission in these professional colleges.

Addressing a press conference here today he said that the fee structure would be reduced from next year as the the admission process in all the medical and dental colleges had been completed in this session.

The state government was under attack by the opposition and was facing resentment from students as well as their parents to reconsider the fee hike of the private medical and dental colleges of the state.
