BMC schools to have digital cameras
Mumbai, Nov 2 (UNI) All the 84 Brihanmumbai Municipal corpration (BMC) schools in the city would soon have facility of a digital camera to click pictures of any events or programmes in the school premises.
Speaking to reporters today, additional Municipal Commissioner Kishore Gajbeye said ''the principals cannot afford digital cameras on their own and we require some of the pictures for our records.
Hence, we have decided to buy cameras for each of the BMC run schools in the city.'' Gajbeye said the camera will cost around Rs 3,000 and the tender for the same will be called out soon.
