Another FIR against JD(U) MLA Anant Singh

Patna, Nov 02 (UNI) One more FIR was filed against JD(U) MLA Anant Kumar Singh at Sachivalay police station here in connection with the incident of assault on scribes yesterday.

The FIR was lodged by Ajay Kumar, a reporter of a private news agency.

According to the FIR, Mr Singh and his associates brickbatted the scribes, who reached the residence of Mr Singh for the coverage of the incident after getting information that a scribe, Prakash Singh, was made captive there.

Another FIR was registered yesterday by Prakash Singh, a reporter of national news channel, in the same police station in which the MLA was arrested by Patna police and sent to jail.
