Mysore records lowest temperature 16 degree celsius

Bangalore, Nov 1 (UNI) Following is a summary of observations recorded by the weather office here at 0830 hours today.

Rainfall occurred at a few places over Coastal Karnataka and North Interior Karnataka and at isolated places over South Interior Karnataka.

Chief rainfall amounts (cm): Siddapura, Challakere 4 each; Shirahatti, Belgaum AP 3 each; Chikodi, Sedam, Kalgi, Gulbarga, Hiriyur 2 each; Mulki, Joida, Hubli 1 each.

Minimum temperatures changed little and were normal over the State.

Mysore recorded lowest minimum temperature of 16.0 degree celsius over the State.

Forecast valid until Saturday morning: Rain/thundershowers likely to occur at a few places over the State.

Farmers Weather Bulletin: Light to moderate rain likely to occur at a few places over all the districts of the State.

Forecast for Bangalore city: Generally cloudy with one or two spells of rain/thundershowers. Minimum temperature would be around 20 degree celsius.
