LJP calls for Bihar 'bandh' tomorrow

New Delhi, Nov 1 (UNI) The Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) has called for "Bihar bandh" tomorrow to lodge its protest against the assault on mediapersons by a ruling party MLA.

Earlier, media reports said JD(U) MLA Ananta Singh, along with his supporters had thrashed the mediapersons who had approached him to seek a clarification of a news item.

LJP President and Union Minister for Chemicals, Fertilizers and Steel Ram Vilas Paswan condemning the act, said, "this clearly shows there is no improvement in law and order situation in Bihar, rather it has gone from bad to worse''.

Mr Paswan demanded immediate action against all those responsible for the incident.
