Fast Track court to hear cases against Prabhunath Singh

Patna, Nov 1 (UNI) A local court today handed over the hearing of all the four cases of murder and attempt to murder, pending against JD(U) MP Prabhunath Singh, to a fast track court.

District and Sessions Judge of Patna Mandhata Singh handed over all the four cases, earlier received in the District Court here from the Patna High Court for hearing and disposal, to the fast track court.

While three cases were registered at Mashrakh police station, the fourth was registered at Chhapra town police station of Saran district.
