Fast Track court of Patna to hear cases of Prabhunath Singh

Patna, Nov 01 (UNI) District and sessions judge of Patna Mandhata Singh today handed over for hearing all the four cases of murder and attempt to murder, pending agaist JD(U) MP Prabhunath Singh, to a local fast track court.

All the four cases were received in the district court here from the Bhagalpur district court.

Earlier, Patna High Court had transferred all the four cases to Patna district court for hearing and disposal.

While three cases were registered at Mashrakh police station, the fourth one at Chhapra town police station of Saran district.

These cases were transfered to Bhagalpur for hearing by Patna high court.
