Congress leader released on parole

Hyderabad, Nov 1 (UNI) A Congress leader, undergoing life sentence following his conviction in a murder case, was released on parole from the Cherlapalli central jail here today.

According to jail authorities, Gouru Venkata Reddy, husband of Congress MLA G Charitha representing Nandikotkur in Kurnool district was released on parole for 30 days following a State Government order.
