CBI grills Rizwanur's widow for second time

Kolkata, Nov 1(UNI) Continuing with its investigation into the mysterious death of Rizwanur Rahman, the CBI today grilled his widow Priyanka for the second time.

An officer of the anti-rowdy section of the city police and a member of Association for Protection Demoratic Rights (APDR) had also been questioned.

CBI sources said a team of three woman officers started interrogating Priyanka at the Salt Lake residence of Ashok Todi, her father.

Earlier, she was questioned on October 23.

The officer-in-charge of anti-rowdy section of the detective department of Kolkata Police, Sadhan Sinha and APDR activist Sudipto Sen were quizzed at the CBI office at Nizam Palace.

CBI sleuths had interrogated Ashok Todi, cricketer Sourav Ganguly's brother Snehasish Ganguly and Trinamool Congress MLA Javed Khan yesterday.

The body of Rizwanur was found near the railway tracks in Patipukur area of the city barely a month after his marriage with Priyanka against the wishes of her parents.
