BJP plans phase wise agitation against UPA backed Koda govt
Hazaribagh, Oct 31 (UNI) BJP's state executive meeting concluded here today with the decision to launch a three month-long agitation against UPA backed Madhu Koda government of Jharkhand.
Party state president P N Singh said in the first phase, beginning November 1 to 15, party workers would be engaged in adding new names to the voter's list.
He said the party would also hand over a ''chargesheet'' of alleged ''misdeeds'' of Koda- government on November 20.
Similarly, dharna and demonstration would be organised in every block headquarters from November 26 to 28, Mr Singh added.
Besides, in December and January, next year, dharna and demonstration has been planned.
The party has also decided to organise a '' Maharally'' (mass rally) on January 8.
Earlier, criticising the Madhu Koda government, former Chief Minister and leader of opposition Arjun Munda said developmental schemes in the state were limited to papers and there was lack of co-ordination between ministers.
Party's national president Rajnath Singh, senior party leader and in-charge of party affairs in Jharkhand Karuna Shukla and more than 200 party workers were present at the meeting.
UNI
