RCom clocks net profit of Rs 801.24 cr for Q2

Mumbai, Oct 31 (UNI) Anil Ambani-promoted Reliance Communications Ltd has posted profit after tax of Rs 801.24 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 461.72 crore for the corresponding period in the previous fiscal.

Total income increased to Rs 3,329.21 crore from Rs 2,838.72 crore.

The consolidated results saw the Group post profit after tax (after adjustment of minority interest and associates) of Rs 1,304.57 crore for the quarter under review, compared to Rs 702.34 crore earlier.

Total income increased to Rs 4,578.53 crore (Rs 3,525.98 crore).
