Cases to be filed against organisers of "indecent shows"

Patna, Oct 31 (UNI) The Bihar government today ordered to file cases against the organisers of dance shows on the penultimate night of the 'Chetavni' rally under the Indecent Representation of Women Act and blowing loudspeakers after 2200 hours.

District Magistrate B Rajendra told UNI here that the matter was being investigated and the details of the organisers of the ''indecent'' dance shows were being collected after which the case would be lodged.

He said all the police stations of the state capital had been directed to institute cases against those who had erected unathorised tents and also for blowing loudspeakers after 2200 hours.

Earlier, several RJD leaders, including RJD MP Aniruddh Prasad Yadav alias Sadhu Yadav, MLC Nawal Kishore Rai and others, had organised coluorful dance programmes of ''naach girls'' and bar dancers at different venues for the entertainment of the rallyists.
