World Bank president to visit Mumbai on Nov 1

Mumbai, Oct 30: World Bank President Robert B Zoellick will visit the metropolis on November 1 to review its various funded projects.

Mr Zoellick will arrive at the Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport here from Islamabad.

He will take stock of the Mumbai Urban Transport Project (MUTP) during the visit and meet Chief Minister Vilasrao Deshmukh, Reserve Bank Governor Y S R Reddy and other eminent personalities from the trade and industry sector.

On November 2, he will depart for Delhi, an official release said.
