Tushar Kant to be produced in an Andhra Pradesh court

Patna, Oct 30 (UNI) A local court here today passed an order to produce Tushar Kant Bhattacharya, a Maoist leader, in a court of Andhra Pradesh in connection with several cases against him there.

The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, passed the order on a prayer of AP police to produce Tushar Kant in the court of first class judicial magistrate of Lakhipet in Adilabad district on November 7 next.

Tushar Kant was lodged in Model Central Jail Beur of Patna after his arrest here in connection with a case of sedition.
