Tamil Nadu IT Secretary C Chandramouli told reporters here the three main areas which the state will focus to make the difference were superior infrastructure quality, human resources and business environment.

The initiatives taken by the government will pave way for investment across the state in the area of IT, ITeS, automobile makers and components, electronoic goods and real estate development, he said.
