Time Technoplast posts Q2 profit of Rs 31.62 cr

Mumbai, Oct 30 (UNI) Time Technoplast has recorded a profit of Rs 31.62 crore on gross turnover of Rs 186.50 crore for its second quarter ended September 30, 2007.

The EPS for the second quarter stood at Rs 15.65 with the Company acquiring a 74 per cent stake in the Hyderabad-based NED Energy, manufacturers of high technology Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VLRA) batteries, a release said.

The Company's expansion plans are also underway with the Sharjah plant already commencing production in October, the release added.
