Lucknow, Oct 30 (UNI) Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court today further stayed till November 26 the razing of the Government bungalow, which was earlier allotted to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati, for the construction of Kanshiram Rest House in the posh Mall Avenue area of the state capital.

Passing the order, the Court observed, ''No one has the right to raze government bungalows.'' The order was passed by Justice S N Shukla on a petition filed by advocates Prashant Chandra and Sudeep Seth on behalf of Ashok Yadav Dev.

The BSP government had planned to demolish government bungalow no 13 A to construct Manyawar Kanshiram Rest House.

The bungalow was alloted to Ms Mayawati as the former state CM, which at present was vacant.

Earlier on October 12, the court had stayed bulldozing of the government bungalow.

The next hearing would be on November 26.
