ONGC Q2 net up 22% to Rs 5097 cr

New Delhi, Oct 30 (UNI) Downstream major Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd (ONGC) today said its net profit increased by 22 per cent to Rs 5,097.48 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 4,173.98 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Its total income has increased by 11 per cent to Rs 16,623.89 crore for the second quarter from Rs 15,008.26 crore in thecorresponding quarter last fiscal.
