Manimajra Fort to be developed from tourism viewpoint

Chandigarh, Oct 30 (UNI) The Chandigarh Administration has finalised a plan to promote Manimajra Fort as a major tourist attraction in the city in a time bound manner.

The decision was taken in a meeting held here today under the Chairmanship of Home Secretary Krishna Mohan.

The improvement of the fort would be done in two phases. A committee has been constituted for working out the terms and conditions for signing the memorandum of understanding in this regard.
