Local court allows geetanjali to stay in Hisar hostel

New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) A local court here today allowed former model Geetanjali Nagpal to stay in Vidya Devi Zindal hostel Hisar with her mother and medical counselor for getting vocational training in fashion designing.

Disowned by her family she was found living on the roads before the Delhi Commission for Women came to her rescue. She was admitted to the women's hospital Vimhans on September 3, following the permission from the court.

Metropolitan Magistrate Ravinder Bedi, while allowing her stay in Jindel hostel, directed the administration to produce the report about Geetanjali's health in court within 15 days.

Psychiatric of the women's hospital Vimhans, who was looking after the health of Geetangali, on the direction of the court, had submitted her mental and physical fitness report in the court Geetanjali was found begging on the streets of Hauz Khaz market in south Delhi by a photo journalist.
