8 railway workers booked, 2 TTE suspended

Gonda, Oct 30 (UNI) Eight railway workers have been booked for allegedly misbehaving and extracting money from the passengers here.

The railway workers used to misbehave with the passengers by tearing their tickets and forcefully demanding money from them, official sources today said.

Besides, TTE Ashish Chaudhary and Rai Sahab have been suspended for laxity, divisional commercial manager Indo Rani said.

Investigation was on.
