JK: Two HM ultras killed in Kishtwar encounter

Jammu, Oct 29: Two militants of Hizb-ul-Mujaheedin outfit were gunned down early today in a fierce gun battle in Kishtwar town of Doda District, official sources said.

Sources said on tip-off, a joint operation was launched by the troops of 11 Rashtriya Rifles and Kishtwar Police in which two militants of Hizb outfit were gunned down in village Dairan of Chattroo tehsil in Kishtwar.

''One AK-47 and a grenade launcher were recovered from the slain militants after an hour long gun battle,'' the sources told UNI
