Punjab National Bank Q2 net up 6.6%

New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) State-owned Punjab National Bank today said its net profit increased by 6.6 per cent at Rs 538.48 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as compared to Rs 504.99 crore in the same quarter last year.

Total Income of the company went up by 28.49 per cent at Rs 3,930.89 crore for the quarter ended September 30, as against Rs 3,059.19 crore during Q2FY06, a company statement said.
