Patna, Oct 29: Taking serious note of the exposures of those involved in the post-Godhra carnage, Railway Minister and RJD supremo Lalu Prasad today said he would meet Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and Union Home Minister Shivraj Patil for bringing quilty to justice.

Mr Prasad told newspersons here that a case under section 302 of the IPC should be filed against BJP leader and Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and all other involved in the related incidents should be put behind bars. He lambasted the Gujarat government for banning the channel which had exposed the reality of the incidents and asked Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to clarify his partys stand on recent reve-alations of the Godhra issue and also justify his continuation of relations with the BJP.

The Railway Minister alleged that the Mr Kumar had failed on all fronts and the much-talked about development was 'invisible' in Bihar. He blamed Mr Kumar for deliberately delaying acquisition of land for implementation of railways projects.

Regarding allegations made by Mr Kumar for misuse of railways in the 'chetavani rally', he clarified that the railway actually earned profit following booking of 35 trains for the purpose.

He said there was no need to destabilise Nitish Kumar government and added that it would automatically collapse following the internal bickerings.''The state government is in a state of panic with the grand success of the yesterdays chetavani rally,'' he said.

He said reservation to the poor section of upper castes was possible through amendment in the Constitution and for this he suggested Mr Kumar to motivate BJP MPs.
