Kokje for promotion of sports and cultural activities

Shimla, Oct 29 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje today said sports not only inculcate a spirit of discipline among the sports persons but also provide an opportunity for them to exhibit their talents.

Presiding over a four-day long concluding 50th State-level Cultural Competitions of High and Senior Secondary Schools for boys and girls here, Mr Kokje stressed the need for imbibing moral values in the students and added that the state had rich culture which needed to be preserved at all cost.
