Hisar, Oct 29 (UNI) To ensure reliable power supply during scheduled time in the agriculture sector, the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN) has decided to introduce the Rural Load Management System (RLMS) in power distribution.
This was stated by DHBVN Managing Director Vijayendra Kumar while speaking at a seminar on theft detection and control and recovery of defaulting amount here today.
He said under the RLMS, there would be time setting system and the timer in the device would automatically operate as per schedule of power supply.
''In case there is power cut due to any reason during the schedule, the system would compensate the farmers of that particular area within 24 hours. Thus, the farmers would definitely get power for a period that has been scheduled for the sector,'' he said.
With the installation of this system, there would be no need for giving two-phase supply.
Under RLMS, he said the entire system would be controlled from a centrally located control room at the circle office. The control room would receive all information of each transformer for agriculture supply, including load pattern, consumption, quantity of power supplied and timings of supply.
