BHEL Q2 net up 91% to Rs 688 cr

New Delhi, Oct 29 (UNI) Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd (BHEL) today said its net profit has jumped 91 by per cent to Rs 687.66 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2007 as compared to Rs 360.01 crore in the corresponding quarter last year.

Its total income has increased by 27 per cent to Rs 4,466.25 crore for the second quarter as compared to Rs 3,508 crore in the corresponding quarter last fiscal.
