Lalu gives clarion call to oust Nitish government
Patna,Oct 28 (UNI)-With a clarion call for ousting NDA government for its ''failure'' on all frounts, Railway Minister Lalu Prasad today concluded his massive ''Chetawani Rally'' asking Chief Minister Nitish Kumar to justify his relation with the saffron brigade.
Accompanied by union ministers of his party, leader of the opposition in state assembly Rabri Devi and several other senior leaders, Mr Prasad addressed the rally during which state capital virtually saw a sea of humanity.
Mr Prasad exhorted the rallyists to take a vow for throwing out Mr Kumar from power and alleged that CM had miserably failed in fulfilling his promises. He also asked Mr Kumar to issue a white paper on utilisation of central funds sanctioned to Bihar government for execution of welfare and development schems in the state.
After rally, Mr Prasad told UNI that despite obstacles and non co-operation by the state government, the rally proved to be a ''big success''.
