3 of family killed as car rams into lorry

Hyderabad, Oct 27: Three members of a family were killed when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a lorry on National Highway 7 near Shamshabad on the outskirts of the city today.

Police said the car, proceeding from Proddutur to Hyderabad,rammed into the lorry parked on the roadside killing three of its occupants on the spot.

The car driver who received injuries was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital.

The deceased were identified as Y V Sharma, his wife Lalitama and son Sudhindranath.
