Mumbai, Oct 25 (UNI) Senior BJP leader Venkaiah Naidu today asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to come clean on the Indo-US nuclear deal so that the situation of ''instability'' could be wiped out.

''Patch up or pack up,'' Mr Naidu told reporters in an advisory word to both the Congress and Communist parties.

He said if the BJP was voted to power, it would go for the review of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the US on the issue, whereby the sovereignty of the country would be protected.

''In the present MoU, the soveregnty is not protected, he added.

Expressing doubts over the possibility of commencement of winter session, Mr Naidu said the Central government was virtually in the Intensive Care Unit and added that after the U-turn on nuclear deal, the Prime Minister has become a ''laughing stock.'' ''The Congress can not run a coalition government. Differences are bound to be there in the coalition government, but it has to be sorted out much before ratifying any important decision,'' the former minister opined.

In fact, the Congress and the Left have differences on many fronts including international relations and foreign direct investment, but ''they are together to oppose the BJP'', he added.
