HP Governor and CM greet people on Balmiki Jayanti

Shimla, Oct 25 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh Governor V S Kokje and Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh today felicitated the people of the state on the occasion of Maharishi Balmiki Jayanti.

In his message, Mr Kokje said the teachings of Maharishi Balmiki were relevent even today as he preached simple living with high moral character.

Mr Singh said Maharishi Balmiki was a firm advocate of truth, which was the guiding principal of a successful and fruitful life.
