Fulford raises Rs 40.25 cr via share issue

New Delhi, Oct 25 (UNI) Drug firm Fulford India Ltd today said it has raised Rs 40.25 crore by issuing 7,00,000 shares to its promoters at Rs 575 rupees per share.

''The funds were raised to strengthen its position in the market and act on strategic business growth opportunities,'' the company said in a statement.
